Springhouse Films had the pleasure to once again partner with agriculture sciences company FMC Corporation to create a brand film promoting their new mobile app, Arc™ farm intelligence.
While headquartered in nearby Philadelphia, FMC operates in more than 50 countries around the world. Their app was created for growers and advisers to be able to proactively manage pests in their field with predictive modeling and real-time data from in-field sensors. Due to the global use of the app, the project required multi-language/multi-lingual video production.
Springhouse created versions for Ukraine, Turkey, Spain, Romania, Poland, Italy, Hungary, Greece, Germany, France and Bulgaria. In the edit process, Springhouse reverse translated all of the scripts in order to know how to lay out the on-screen text in a way that made sense to the viewers in that country.
FMC helps ensure the right crop protection products are applied precisely where and when they are needed to improve sustainability, optimize crop yield and enhance grower return on investment. Arc™ leverages real-time pest collection data and image recognition algorithms powered by nine years of historical data to streamline and predict pest pressure. Growers and advisers also have access to personalized alerts and pest summaries through the app.
In just over two minutes, the spot uses 3D animation and motion graphics to highlight the app’s advanced technology and complement the existing FMC digital brand presence.
